PPPR & Tombow Blog Hop

Welcome to the Pretty Ribbons, Pretty Paper and Tombow Co-Blog Hop

If you came here from Marie's blog, you are in the right place.  If you just stumbled upon this post and would like to start from the beginning, please visit Lisa's blog.  The members of the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Design Team and the Tombow Adhesives Design Team have joined together to create beautiful projects featuring Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Files different files & Tombow Adhesives

I made a layout to share with you all today.  I have had these pictures sitting on my scrapbook table for a while now and I thought it was about time to work on them.  :)

For the Scalloped Circle border at the top I used the Borders 1 Cutting File.  The title came from the Doctor's Visit Cutting File.  It's hard to tell in the picture but the title is popped up on the 3D Foam Tabs.  I glued all the pieces together using the MONO Aqua Liquid Glue.  I love this glue because it has a small tip at one end and a larger tip at the other.  The smaller tip is perfect for the small pieces.  Best of all it drys clear.

The Dr & the Little Patient Boy came from the Check Up Cutting File.  The Dr's Face is from Peachy Keen's Sweet & Innocent Face Assortment.  To make the Dr's hair I used the hair that came with the Dr but just cut the middle out so he only had hair on the sides of his head.  To glue the big square of pattern paper down I used the MONO Adhesive Removeable.

The little boy's face came from Peachy Keen's Wide Eyed Kids Face Assortment.  The little boy is popped up on the 3D Foam Tabs from Tombow.  I also popped up the drawers.  I also used the MONO Aqua Liquid Glue to glue together the DR & Little Boy.

Hey Girlfriend!

Good Morning!

Melisa from Melisa's Crafty Creations here with you this morning.  Today I have a card to share with you.  I've been trying to make some extra cards to keep in my stash.  It seems like I have too many of one themed cards and not enough of another.  So I thought I would make a card to send to a girlfriend who may need some cheering up.

I used the Star Spangled Cards Cutting File for my card base.  The adorable little girl is from the Dress Up Girls 1 Cutting File.  Her dress is from the Valentine Kids Cutting File.  I did have to stretch her dress a little bit to make sure it was wide enough to cover her body.  Her shoes & flower in her hair are from the Dress Up Girl Pink Dress Cutting File.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great day.

It's 5 o'clock somewhere!

Happy Friday!!

I am so happy it's finally Friday.  It seems like this week has been extra long.  I'm just glad I'll get to sleep in tomorrow, well that is if my 3 little monkeys let me.  ;)  Today I have a summer themed card to share with you.  I don't now about you but I am ready for summer.

The coconut drink came from the NEW Aloha Cutting File from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons.  The shape of the card came from the Doilies 1 Cutting File.  I love using that file for my card bases.

You can buy the Action Wobbles HERE.  The Scrapbooking Queen has also opened a NEW Store, you can check it out HERE.

Have a great weekend!

My oldest son Matthew was invited to a birthday party for one of his classmate's from last year so I thought I would make her a card.

For my card base I used the Doilies 1 Cutting file.  The circle for the patterned paper is also from the Doilies 1 Cutting File.  The little girl is from the Dress up Girls 1 Cutting File.  The pretty dress and hat are from the Dress Up Girl Pink Dress Cutting File.

Her face is from Peachy Keen's Princess Face Assortment.  The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Sweet Birthday Wishes.

The Purse Gift Bag 1 Cutting File will only be free on Saturday & Sunday.  After this weekend it will be available for purchase HERE.

Below is the Friday Freebie.  You can grab it HERE.

Lego Mania Layout

Good Morning!

Melisa here with you this morning.  Today I have a layout to share with you.  Back in January for Matthew's 8th Birthday we took our boys to Legoland.  Matthew's current favorite thing to play with is Legos.  So we knew he would have fun at Legoland.

For my title I used the Lego Mania Title Cutting File.  I paper pieced the title and boy was it a lot of work but it was worth it.  I love all the layers to it.  I also used the Borders 5 Cutting file for my wave border on the left of the layout.

The Lego Guy and Lego Blocks were from the Master Builder Cutting File.  It's kind of hard to tell in the picture but everything is popped up on Pop Dots.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Have a great rest of the week.

Arigato!

Happy Friday!!

Melisa from Melisa's Crafty Creations here with you this morning.  I'm in charge of planning the Teacher Appreciation Week activities at my son's school.  And I have been busy trying to get everything ready for next week.  Well one of my friends has been helping me out a lot and I thought I would make her a Thank you card.

Since the wobble was wider than the sushi rolls I just trimmed it a little so it would fit.

You can buy the Action Wobbles HERE
